- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If it were possible, they wouldn't get any stars! This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! The lack of staff, competency of staff, lackluster production of staff, & their inability to keep proper record of patient charts, medication, maintaining medication schedules, etc it's a wonder they are still in operation! I'm absolutely certain, that this facility is in violation of SEVERAL mandates & codes, which should significantly impair their ability to still be in operation....
